Archive.org wayback machine archiving.
Im not sure what is relivant now?
But assuming being part of the machinery still counts, getting listed on archive.org
is eaiser than i thought(well, thats if i've git it right).
Go to archive.org and on the wayback machine just search for your web page,
then it goes off and takes a snapshot of the page.
Once its got your page it tells you its added it to the waiting list to be archived.
Handy i thought, so a couple of weeks after i did it again as i had made changes
to the page. Not sure if adding it a second time makes any difference at all but hey
if you dont try an all that.
Game Change from Google for SEO 2012 I hear
Well it's all change from google now.
Meta tags have been irrelivant for a while so im told,
and now more has dropped off the calculations.
Google has dropped lots of blog websites that have been used for SEO advantages,
and thus dropped lots of people down on the search pages supposedly.
Then I read somewhere or other.
The New Word for SEO is Content .
I imagen it a bit like an exam, you have to write an essay on a subject
keeping it intresting, factual, descriptive, well written.
So as you can guess, its out of my reach.
but if you can write a good peice then you can rise in the rankings.
Well thats my take on it.

How to improve your Alexa Ranking
In lots of places i see "Alexa Rankings" being quoted as important to SEO and
page ranking stuff.
After watching my website Loft Conversions go up and down in the Alexa rankings
with only a couple of backlinks listed, i wondered why Alexa didnt show all of my links?
As i have quite a few more backlinks than alex was showing(about350 more) i looked
for the answer, and found it. Alexa only count backlinks from dites listed in their directory.
So, to increase Alexa ranking, look on alexa for forums attached to whatever field
you want to be associated with. Warrior room is a start, Well thats where i've started.
if you find the websites listed on alexa that have forums, join the forums fill out the
profile including the signature, then post in the introduction room or thread then head
off for the "off topic" threads. most forums have them so its easy to add on topic answers.
Easy Peasy.
Warrior forum.com PR5, Alexa Rank 144
And 4 free links to my pages.

.EDU Link PR4, But still a .edu FREE
Well yesterday i managed to get my first .edu link, and it cost me nothing!
So, how did i do it?
i found the link from digg.com
go to digg.com type in .edu profiles and you get a list of posts,
mostly(so i saw) from saa.edu click on a link to the forum and
hey presto! at the top of the page its got a register button click,
register, get your password and log in. once logged in you can
go to general discussion and sneak in a post. before you go far tho,
go to your profile and change the password(as the one given isn't memorable).
once all completed, go to linkstant.com register there and check your new .edu back link
Simples!
well to be fair, its got to be simple as i managed it :)

Free PR5 Backlink, Backlink checker
I found a handy little backlink checker and it lets you leave a comment
at the bottom of the page. i put the url in google page rank checker and it said PR5.
Handy all round i thought.
domain-pop.com
Now, i dont know an awful lot about this stuff, so this is
only my opinion on the site and you may have a different opinion
of it.
Let me know, cheers.
